Warranty-Service Agreement

- The 1-year warranty takes effect starting on the day of purchase.

- During the warranty period, if there are any defects arisen from materials or the product process, we will replace the parts or the whole product according to the specific circumstances.

- When you apply for a warranty based repair, you must submit the product and order number which will prove the date of purchase to Sboly.

- Damages caused by improper use, such as, the improper use of a power supply, the product was misused, problems that occur due to the products use for purposes out side the scope intended, integrating components not supplied by Sboly in to the product or artificial damage are not covered by this warranty.

Shipping Policy

Q: Does the item come with free shipping?

A: The order over $99.99 enjoys free shipping.

 

Q: When will my orders be dispatched?

A: Normally orders will be ship within 4 business days of the payment being processed.

 

Q: How can I track the delivery process?

A: When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping info email from the Sboly website. Please check your registered email in-box to check on the status of your order. Additionally, you can check the shipping info through the Order History after you log in to the Sboly website.

 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Currently, we only ship to the US.

 

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the product has already been shipped?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping information once the product is in route.

 

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. If products are purchased on different days they have a lower likelihood of being delivered together and received at the same time.

 

Q: What do I need to do if I receive a product that does not match my order (the wrong product was sent)?
